This is the final stage of the multi step process to achieve a final production mold of a replica movie prop. Clay sculpts were made of a single knee cover, and the four side sections. Silicone molds were made, and fiberglass casts were made and then assembled to form two separate knee masters. These were then refined and then remolded to make these master molds and casts.
